Blue Care Membership Details:

Cost: $29 per month or $319 annually (pay annually and save $29—one month free!).

- Additional systems can be added for $5 per month or $60 annually.
Emergency Response: After-hours emergency response available for a reduced $99 fee (pending availability).
Minimum Commitment: One-year membership with automatic renewal.
- Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.

Discounts and waived fees apply only if the membership is maintained. If the contract is canceled, all discounts and waived fees will be charged back.

So the day before Thanksgiving our water heater sprays water all over the basement floor. We think with the holiday and the weekend coming, there goes water usage for at least 5 days. But no! We call blue bear that morning, and the very nice lady sets up a technician to come out to inspect that day!
