Blue Care is our private membership service club exclusive to our clients. We offer it to people who love their homes and want to protect it from HVAC and plumbing breakdowns or worse…water damage.

The Blue Bear Maintenance Plan Benefits:
- $19.99 monthly / $219.89 annually (if paid in full 1 month discount)
- Customer must have at least 1 visit before signing up
- Base Protection Plan covers any 2 systems in the home
- Equipment that qualifies;
- Furnace
- Boiler (Combi Boiler)
- Condenser
- Tankless Water Heater
- Additional units can be added to the plan for $5 per month, or $60 annually.
- This covers an additional system from above.
- Equipment that qualifies;
- The service fee ($125) is waived during normal business hours
- Priority scheduling during normal business hours (M-F excluding holidays)
- Emergency Response after hours, pending technician availability, there is an Emergency Fee of $99 ($200 savings)
- $25 service fee to have a technician out during regular business hours
- this is waived for maintenance appointments if maintenance is performed
- 10% discount on all service calls (excluding install of new equipment)
- 3% discount on new installs (furnace, boiler, condenser, tankless water heater, and standard water heater)
- Minimum one-year membership with automatic renewal (if the contract is canceled all discounts and service fees must be paid back)
- Customers must contact Blue Bear Plumbing, Heating & Air if they do not wish to renew their membership 30 days before expiration.
- We offer a warranty on most fixtures provided and installed by Blue Bear Services. Any eligible fixture that fails to perform as designed will be repaired or replaced at no charge if the membership is maintained. Failure of fixtures through abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or act of nature will not be covered. The results of ordinary wear & tear, such as blemishes or scratches will not constitute cause for replacement.
