We are putting this announcement out to help ease any fears that may be present. Blue Bear Plumbing, Heating & Air-HVAC-Drain Cleaning has taken all necessary precautions to enact safe and clean work procedures. All techs are sanitizing their trucks on a call by call basis. Each truck is stocked with rubber gloves, respirators and Tyvek suits as well as hand cleaning solution. These items are being implemented and used on a case by case basis.

All of our techs are being monitored every morning to verify if any symptoms of the viral infection are present. They are also being asked to self quarantine for 14 days if they feel the slightest of symptoms prior to coming to work. If requesting service and are nervous about us entering your home, please advise our customer service representative at the time of your call. This will allow our technicians to be fully prepared to enter your home, possibly through an alternate entrance – allowing us to being able to keep a safe distance from you and others in the home, and with proper protective equipment and leave you at ease.

While we are taking these precautions, we have lighter than usual crews to reduce the risk of exposure to our guys as well as confined areas with one another and our clients. We pride ourselves on the speed and ability to service all calls, we ask that you “bear”? with us as we navigate through the next couple of weeks. With the added precautions we are running tight schedules.

As always our customers our priority #1. We hope you can find resolve in the actions we have implemented for the well being and SAFETY for all. While we understand emergencies can arise and we have the proper procedures in place to help any and everyone. We ask that if you have been exposed to the virus that you inform us prior to arrival. Also if the problem is minor and able to be repaired at a later time with no immediate concerns, that we use the best judgement practice and limit everyone’s exposure.
